Resumen : | ABSTRACT The Young Computer Clubs are the closest thing to learning computer technologies for adults over 65 years of age in Cuba. These institutions have been providing their services for years by means of short courses and counseling for the use of computer systems. One of the problems they face is the adaptation of learning methods according to the people they serve, some of whom have visual and concentration disorders and other general health difficulties, which in their daily life make it difficult for them to achieve knowledge related to computers and in particular to the Windows operating system. In this way, it is necessary to have a diagnosis supported by instruments to obtain personalized information. One perspective is to have the techniques and tools of research methodology to propose diagnostic instruments that can be applied to the elderly and thus obtain reliable information for learning, which was assumed as an objective in this paper. The methodology applied is based precisely on multiple studies developed in research methodology on how to construct research instruments. Finally, diagnostic instruments are tested and validated by specialists, highlighting their validity to improve the learning processes of the elderly. |
