Propuesta de un sistema de formación especializada en supervisión educativa: análisis comparativo de 13 sistemas de supervisión escolar en el mundo

Abstract

Abstract In Mexico, academic supervisors at the primary, secondary and higher education levels lack specialized training to prepare them for administrative and managerial work. For this reason, this paper presents a comparative analysis of 13 systems of Academic Supervision throughout the world. The results obtained allow us to infer the best path for the training of the leaders and supervisors who will guide education in Mexico and achieve systematic results in a regional context through the proposal of a specialized training in educational supervision.
