La tecnología educativa: un área por concretar en una facultad del sureste de México

Abstract

The objective of this article is to describe studies carried out by the students in the area of educational technology in different programs offered by the College of Education at the Autonomous University of Yucatán, Mexico. Descriptive analysis is made of 624 academic products related to the field, approved in the period 2008-2014. They are classified by subjects, work methods and scope or depth of the study. In light of the results, the area of educational technology is the second most studied topic and the programs of Specialization in Teaching and Master's in Educational Innovation are those that most favor its development. It is recommendable to join forces in order to define a line of training and research for both professors and students.
